• Display your submission on our leaderboard (with appropriate privacy settings)
• Store your content securely on our servers
• Share with industry professionals only with your explicit permission

Platform Content

All content on the HeatWriter platform, including logos, designs, text, software, and AI algorithms, is owned by HeatWriter Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission.

5. Screenplay Submission Rules

Eligible Content

Your screenplay submissions must:

• Be your original work or properly licensed content
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Be written in proper screenplay format
• Comply with content guidelines (no illegal, offensive, or harmful content)
• Not contain malicious code or links

Prohibited Content

You may not submit screenplays that contain:

• Plagiarized or stolen content
• Illegal activities or content promoting violence
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Adult content or explicit material (unless properly rated)
• Spam, advertising, or promotional material

6. AI Evaluation Service

AI Analysis

Our AI evaluation provides automated analysis of your screenplay. You acknowledge that:

• AI scores are algorithmic assessments, not professional script coverage
• Results may vary and are not guarantees of commercial success
• AI evaluation is for informational purposes only
• We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated feedback
• AI scores should not be your sole basis for creative decisions

Evaluation Criteria

Our AI analyzes screenplays based on story structure, market viability, character development, and production feasibility. Scores are comparative and may change as our algorithms improve.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Pricing

HeatWriter offers free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription tier
• Authorize automatic recurring payments (if applicable)
• Provide valid payment information

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues or billing errors. Contact contact@heatwriter.com for refund requests.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period.

8. Industry Connections and Opportunities

Producer Introductions

Top-rated screenplays may be shared with our network of producers and industry professionals. You acknowledge that:

• We facilitate connections but do not guarantee deals or opportunities
• You control whether your screenplay is shared with industry contacts
• All deals and negotiations are between you and the third party
• We are not responsible for the conduct of industry professionals
• Any agreements you enter are independent of HeatWriter

Success Fees

If your screenplay generates revenue or is optioned through connections made via HeatWriter, we may charge a success fee as outlined in your subscription agreement. You agree to notify us of any such transactions.

9. Community Guidelines

When interacting with the HeatWriter community, you must:

• Provide constructive and respectful feedback
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
• Respect other users' intellectual property
• Not manipulate voting or gaming the system
• Report inappropriate content or behavior

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Provided "As Is"

HeatWriter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI evaluations or scores
• Security against data breaches (though we implement industry-standard measures)
• Commercial success or industry opportunities

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptRank Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Unauthorized access to your account or content
• Third-party conduct or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to HeatWriter in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeatWriter Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your screenplay submissions or content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
